Hi my name is Rayeanne

I have lost and gained weight over 40 years. I am 51 will be 52 in July; I have struggled with my weight since I can remember.

At age 18 after my daughter I went from 138 to 175 then after my sons I went up to 240. I did lose weight in the late 80's with the wonderful help of my then sister in law. (130) Exercised daily (still do). I have been diagnosed with H-Pylori in the last year they say it’s been part of my life all along (effects the bowels and intestine who knew?) I have worked out dieting and staying on top of my game however its not any good for me to take so called weight loss pills or the new fad Acai berry diet "its fruit ", because with the H-Pylori I cleanse out myself each and every time I eat red meats chicken, fish, especially raw fruits and raw veggies which I love. The weight stays the same and the fat doesn't always flush. I exercise and still the weight does not leave me ... so please besides working at a place that is shift work it is extremely difficult to find something that works.

So if there is someone that may have an idea or is going through the same situation I would be most grateful. MY heaviest 310 (1998) my weight today 178 I know it sounds like I have found something that works but its not. I would like to be at 140 and or less.
