The South Beach Diet
phases 1 and 2 should now follow the Phase 3.
This is maintenance stage and you should be at your ideal weight by now. There is no list of foods allowed or forbidden. You can eat virtually anything you want because you suppose to be knowledgeable enough now to determine the amount of carbs you can add back into your diet without gaining weight.
If you fall off the wagon and start overeating again, you can always switch back to first phase for a week or two and then continue with maintenance stage. The diet is designed to allow a normal, enjoyable lifestyle.
